Tinder : Tinder match first confirmed date and then rescheduled it

Hi:)

I’m new to tinder and my second overall match was a really nice person. After two days of texting I asked her if she is up to a coffee. She said it was a great idea and asked me when I’d like to go out with her.

Because I am working much during the week I told her I am mostly free in the evening and suggested her a time during the week and on the weekend.

She first did not reply for a day and then she told she is not free for the next two weeks because of a friend that is coming to visit her (Edit: we are both far away from our home countries right now) but afterwards she would like to go on a date.

I just replied that I understand and wished her a good time with her friend which she did not answer anymore.

Questions:

1. Was my message »good »? I did not want to sound dissappointed or needy. I just said what I was thinking in this moment although I was kind of sad.
2. I asked a friend and he said she might feel unconfortable because I asked too early. Your thoughts?
3. Do you think she’s still interested or should I move on? I personally expected a « Thank you » or something like that.

  1. Ask her in two weeks. She might be keeping you as backup because she’s currently dating someone else and wants to see if it works before going on a date with someone else.

  2. Don’t be a bitch and move on. If she was truly interested she would meet up with you and be eager to do so. Drop the dumb bitch and find another.
