h2>Dating : 7 Steps To Becoming More Attractive To Women In 30 Days

To keep this article short and straight to the point, I will start writing about this without the introduction…
Step 1: Looks & Hygiene
To be attractive to women, you don’t need to look like a model of Men’s Health Magazine… However, you can probably tweak some things about your look to become more attractive.
-Hair & Facial Hair — You want your hair and facial hair to look sharp and neat. If you don’t know how to tweak this, it is a good idea for you to find a good hairdresser/barber to make your hairstyle and facial hair fit well to your facial features and body constitution. And if you’re bald, it is a good idea for you to shave your head or wear some cool hat!
-Clothing — Another thing that’s simple to do… You can appear more attractive to women by choosing better clothes! Now, you don’t need to buy some expensive clothes, you just need to choose a bit more elegant clothes than the ones you’re wearing on daily basis, and to choose some clothes that fit you well. Not only that this will make you more attractive, this will also boost your self esteem, your confidence and make you feel better!
-Skin — If you have a problem with acne or some similar problem related to your skin and your face, you need to solve it ASAP!!! There are plenty of products on the market that can help you fix this problem quickly!
-Hygiene — Well, many men are not doing the best they can in this area!
1)Women DO NOT want to smell your yesterday’s sweat on you or your clothes!!! Change your clothes every day, and take a shower before you go out! Using just perfume or deodorant is not enough to cover your poor hygiene! I mean, you should use perfume/deodorant (NEVER TOO MUCH OF IT), but it is not a replacement for your hygiene! However, if you’re overweight and you’re sweating faster than the ordinary man, you may use it more often, and it is a good idea to have some small bottle of it by your hand…
2)Teeth & Bad Breath- If you have a problem with yellow/brown/black teeth, tartar, cavities, missing teeth, etc… You need to solve it immediately!!! Any of those are absolutely disgusting, not only to women, but to everyone! I mean, can you imagine yourself kissing a woman who has some of those problems?!
Also, you need to take care of your breath… You NEVER want to go out before you wash your teeth and mouth, and you ALWAYS need to have some mints or chewing gums (Orbit or some other minty-flavored) in your pocket to take care of your breath while you’re out, especially if you’re smoking!
Step 2: Body Language
First, you want to slow down… You want to walk slower, you need to slow down your movements, and just be relaxed… Second, you want to have an open, inviting body language, not the closed one — you don’t want to look like you’re avoiding contact with people around you! Third, you want to erase your nervous habits — popping with your leg, nail biting, looking at your phone too often, etc… Now, attractive body language is a really broad topic, and I’m going to write an article about this particular topic soon, but if you fix this 3 tasks in next 30 days, you will start noticing much more positive attention from women!
Step 3: Drive
What kind of man is the most attractive to women? The ambitious one! Women absolutely love men who have some kind of life mission! You need to set your goals, and work actively on achieving them! You don’t need to achieve those goals to become attractive to women, but it is important for you to make progress! This will give you the highest magnetical vibe possible!
Action plan:
Take a pen and notebook, and write down your goals, your passions, your plans… And take 3 days to do it… After that, take a notebook, write questions and answers:
-Where do you see yourself in 1 month? What are you doing? Who do you see yourself surrounded by? What are you planning to do during this month?
-Write those questions and answers for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years… And repeat this routine at least once a month!
Work actively on achieving those goals! Now, it may happen to you that some external factor disrupt your plans, but don’t be discouraged! Keep practicing this routine anyway, and you will never regret it!
Step 4: Meditation
This is one of the best ways to work on your inner state and on your overall vibe, too! Now, you don’t need to become a Buddhist Monk or be able achieve some extraordinary state of mindfulness while you’re meditating, but taking 10 to 20 minutes of simple, relaxed meditation a day will do a lot for your vibe and inner state! If you don’t know how to start with this, you can find some guided meditation on YouTube and begin with it. Like THIS ONE!
Step 5: Training
Training at list 3 times a week for 1 hour will do a miracle for your confidence, self esteem, and your overall health and fitness level, too! If you’re not engaged in sports or some other physical activities, you can do jogging, do bodyweight exercises at home, go to gym, etc… You don’t need to achieve a fitness level of a professional athlete, but doing some training on regular basis will do miracle for you!
Step 6: Stop Masturbating!
If you’re like majority of fast internet-age men, you probably have a routine of daily porn watching & masturbation! And this is harmful for you in many ways!
1) You’re wasting your sexual energy! And not only that women can (subconsciously) feel the lack of your sexual energy, but you’re also wasting the BIGGEST MOTIVATIONAL FACTOR in one man’s life!!!
2) This is also a big killer of your self-esteem and confidence!
3) This can cause health problems like lack of sex drive, premature ejaculations, weak erections, etc…
Now, it may be hard for you to stop this, but if it is, try joining anonymously to one of those NoFap Challenge groups on the internet! You can get some advice and support from other men in the group!
Step 7: Avoid This Trap
