Tinder : Can’t get ahold of Tinder Support to restore broken Tinder Plus reactivation
I recently started back on Tinder and started my account brand new from scratch. I have an active Tinder Plus sub until sometime in December, so I went to restore it using the Restore Token I had in the purchase email. Problem is, it doesn’t work. It errors outs with either with confirmation number is incorrect or couldn’t restore purchase message, depending on the platform used.
* I opened a support ticket to Tinder back on the 17th, but never received a response, even after a follow up email requesting an update on the 23rd.
* On the 25th, I opened a new ticket. This time someone responded within an hour of it being put in. They asked for screenshots of the error I was receiving. I immediately did as requested and sent screenshots, and then…….silence again. I resent the pictures the 26th in case they didn’t somehow make it through the first time and then tried a follow up email the 29th and 31st. Nothing.
* Tried tweeting @TinderSupport on the 23rd and 31st, but got radio silence there too.
* I attempted one last time on the 1st to create a new ticket incident making sure to include all possible information they need right off the bat, but as of now I’ve not gotten anything.
* I went through Tinder’s website and combed Google for an alternate way of contacting them like an actual phone number, but there is nothing.
What the heck am I supposed to do now? I am literally unable to use the service I paid for because of a technical issue on the company’s end, can’t get anyone to respond back to me, and have no way to directly reaching someone.
