Tinder : How to get unbanned from tinder

I’m a 24 f fresh out of a relationship and would like to try tinder again. I tried logging in and it says my account has been banned. I have no idea why or what to do or who to contact. I havent even been on in forever. I’m in a new city and just want to try and meet some people so this is a huge bummer.

Any advice on what I can do? Anybody got a support email or number to contact?
