Tinder : Thoughts on messaging profiles without bios
People not having bios can lead to having a bit of trouble starting a conversation. I’m just curious what y’all use in this situation.
Right now I lean towards “Just like your bio you’ve got me at a loss for words” but that leaves a lot to be desired with continuing a conversation.

To be honest, i don’t message girls with empty bios. If they can’t write a few words to describe themselves so i can cook up something, i can’t see them do anything more complex.
I’m way less likely to swipe on a profile without a bio, and if i match with one i never send the opening message – mildly annoying if they don’t give you anything to go off of.
Even if I found the person attractive, I always swiped left if they had empty bios. It seems lazy, boring, and a bit cocky in my opinion. Bios are what are supposed to make the person interesting to other people.
I’ve definitely had decent convos with guys who don’t have bios. But in general I stay away from them because it’s just lazy. You can at least write “hi!” lol
