um when you sign up they give you the option to opt out of the email notifications. You cnn’t blame POF for something you forgot to uncheck.
You’ve got to disable that notice in your settings, it will drive you crazy with notifications. Complete and udder time waster, they’re working on you being single and what better way than giving you the feeling you’re wanted only in this section they have control over.
I do okay on POF when I’m into using it, but I had zero results with the meet me feature.
The trick to it is go to the meet me feature, they’re usually the first ones that pop up, but I got zero even when I matched up.
You’re strong, fight that power, never pay!
This isnt POFs fault. It’s your fault for enabling mail settings.
Disable the notifications. 99% of these come from bots or people are too far away.
A lot of it are from spam accounts, too – a LOT of spam accounts constantly being generated on POF. They do a lot of deleting, but not quick enough to prevent mass spam like this on an ongoing basis.
You forgot to cover your name on the last email. Probably a lot of people have seen it by now but you may want to fix that.

The « new matches for » emails are worse.
