Dating : Stupid

This is stupid. If you looked in the dictionary for ‘poor life decisions’, this would be the first example on the page. So she knows that this is dumb and she already regrets doing this, and yet she is still going to do this. Idly, a part of her hysterically wonders if this makes her a masochist.

She decides that if she has to do the dumbest thing she has ever heard of in her life, she might as well do it properly and in style. If she’s going down, she can drag the rest of the world with her. Indeed, there are also some women who want to watch the world burn, and cackle as the flames grow higher.

She fidgets, as she has nothing else to do outside of contemplating how much she will regret this in the future — if she even has a future — and wondering just how badly this will go. By now, she is so used to the idea that she is almost looking forward to it. Twisted, yes, but humans have a remarkable ability to adapt to things.
