POF : Your thoughts on « playing hard to get? »
Hey guys we did a video ([https://youtu.be/QdCfHpbHJ9Q](https://youtu.be/QdCfHpbHJ9Q)) responding to another reddit post ( [https://www.reddit.com/r/ForeverAlone/comments/c90q23/women_dont_play_hard_to_get_with_men_theyre/](https://www.reddit.com/r/ForeverAlone/comments/c90q23/women_dont_play_hard_to_get_with_men_theyre/) ) talking about what it means when people play hard to get.
The OP was pretty negative (obviously because forever alone lol) and basically took it as, « if they’re playing hard to get, they’re not physically attracted to you. » We felt this is was actually kind of true, at least initially, but that doesn’t mean there’s absolutely no opportunity. Our take was basically that if they’re playing hard to get, supposedly they ARE interacting with you on some level, which means you have some sort opportunity to prove yourself with other aspects of your shining personality.
What do you guys think about people playing hard to get? Is it manipulative and a form of playing games? Is it more opportunity? Or is it just a natural part of dating? Definitely interested to hear what this subreddit community thinks.
