POF : Did pof blocked me?

I literally did not do anything wrong on that site and yet I stopped getting email notifications from them.. I was logged out randomly from my phone and I cant remember my password.. so I went to reset it and I’m not getting an email to reset my password.. on top of that I cant make another account, I was legitimatly there to find someone, and I did and i was thinking of saying hi to him but now this site destroyed my Hope’s and dreams.. I just put pictures of my face all pg13.. wtf
