POF : New Scamming Technique
I wanted to make people aware of this. I recently had someone view and like my profile. I assumed they wanted me to check them out and make the first move. The profile seemed suspicious but I put my guard down because most scammers and catfish do the initiation. It didn’t very long to realize this person is fake. Be careful out there. I think it’s going to get worse because of the quarantine and online dating/apps are picking up a lot of traffic right now, so it’s like open season to these people. I also attracted a catfish. Be careful out there.
