Go deeper today. What are your fears? What causes your anxiety? What makes you feel happy, sad, excited, and anxious? What are some moments and experiences you haven’t gotten over — childhood, heartbreaks, and embarrassing moments?
Believe it or not, moments and experiences shape who we are up to this very moment, especially those we haven’t healed from.
Even something as simple as how you take in this writing.. are you open to listening or do you have the urge to scroll past it? I am here to tell you,
HIDING YOUR FEELINGS, ACTING STRONG, OR NOT ASKING FOR HELP does NOT qualify as healing. It makes you more broken and vulnerable to emotional baggage.
Write to yourself, release that baggage. Talk to someone you trust. Talk to yourself if you have to.
Going deep into your emotions, fears, triggers and anxiety can be draining, it can be hard, and let’s be honest, scary. But you become so powerful. You become healed and whole. You start to release any unwanted emotions, you strip yourself of anything that has held you back. You start to pave the way of freedom for yourself and your family. Going deeper allows healing, it allows growth, it allows freedom, it allows happiness, it allows you to live a stress free lifestyle.
So today, go a little deeper. Write one thing you fear. Write one thing that gives you anxiety, then write why, who, or what makes you feel this way.. even if it’s just a sentence.
For me, my fear is not accomplishing my dreams. Why? Because I know and feel I am here for something great. I know and feel I will help the world in a great way. I know I am here to show my family different. I know I am here to break generational curses and introduce generational wealth and stability.
It sounds weird, but embracing your fears, anxieties, and triggers will help you overcome them because they will no longer be able to take over your life if you are aware of the reasoning. It’s like bringing them forward and saying “YOU WILL NO LONGER CONTROL MY LIFE.”
So today, write that one sentence..look at the paper or look yourself at yourself in the mirror and say “my anxieties, fears, and triggers will no longer control my life.” You can really change your life today. So do it!
