THE WORLD IS MOVING FURTHER AWAY FROM UNIFICATION AND CLOSER TO SEPARATION AND POSSIBLY DISASTER

It is interesting to note in the United States that they seem to be moving further away from unification and moving closer towards separation.

It seems that Covid 19’s rules brings out all kinds of dissenting behaviour and frustration.

I thought, well most of society thought, that a world event causing death and sickness such as an epidemic, would bring all humans together for a common cause. I am surprisingly disappointed that this isn’t happening. You see smatterings of this in such movies like “Independence Day”, “2012”, The Edge, and Armageddon. We all love when humans band together to help other humans. It we love this so much, why can’t we do this in real life? We are all yearning for this.

Look at different countries. Many have said they will find the covid vaccine first. It has become a race; not just to save the world, but to make oodles of money for the founder. There have been offers from other countries to share ideas and thoughts with rival countries and work together on this. Most countries bowed out. Even if a country such as the United States finds a vaccine before anyone else, I am sure America’s President won’t let others have it unless they make concessions and bow to his magnificence. There is no midway point to find common ground. There always has to be something in it for the President. You know what they say. Nothing in life is free. Even if it saves millions of lives.

Look at the Republicans and Democrats in the US. We have Republicans that deny the existence of Covid 19 or take a very cavalier approach by not following science recommendations. Sure, they will get sick, but they will be totally irrational about the reasons they got sick. I am sure they will say I didn’t get sick just because I wasn’t wearing a mask. Here we go again separating politics and science. Again how can we work together when science is being ignored.

Democrats aren’t really helping out much by arguing and colliding with the Republicans. Name calling such as the “Clown” no matter how frustrated we are, is never going to help them win. I would rather see the 2 parties working together like mature human beings and opting for more transparency. Don’t politicians realize that people are usually respected and trusted when they can be counted on for the truth?

What are we teaching our kids by the usual bickering between adults. I think Pence said something along the lines stating, behind closed doors we are respected by the other parties’ politicians , but in public we have to fight for what we believe. We aren’t really angry with each other. Personally I see this as bunk. Nobody wants a healthy relationship with people who distort the truth. Politicians have to be taught how to have a healthy debate without interrupting others and keeping their cool. All politicians should be taking classes in listening skills and be curious ask questions instead of spending all their time attacking. Politicians are worse than children. They must think the public is that gullible to believe 3/4 of the things that come out of their mouths. They are wrong.

So this isn’t just a divide between Republicans and Democrats, this is a separation between the world’s population and their leaders. Over years and years of lies, half truths, and lack of transparency the voters are sick to death of it.

Another way you see this separation is acted out by peace rallies with racial concerns, turning violent. Now you have the police fighting normal innocent citizens. Don’t politicians realize? The public is saying we are not happy. Work with that and make changes. How on earth do we come together instead of creating a larger and larger divide?

Watching Justin Trudeau give a heart rendering speech on Covid 19 and then the Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole attacks Justin. Can’t they just for once, work together over such a serious epidemic. Erin made me sick, 1000s of people are dying and he wants to have a petty argument with prime minister, not to work with him to solve the crisis but to make Trudeau look bad. We don’t care right now about petty bickering so people might like you better, we are trying to save people and we need all hands on board to find a cure.

One of the beautiful things about people in general more than anything else, is their ability to help others in pain or need. We need someone to lead and take charge with a penchant for love and compassion for others. Someone who is transparent and can be loved and respected. Every human being on this planet cries out for love and compassion, but instead we bicker and fight mostly because we pick the wrong type of leaders for the role. Money trumps ( excuse the pun) trust and decency and until we unravel this, this Earth will continue to destroy and separate itself.

We don’t deserve the beauty of the earth that we inherited.
