Doubt it works, and you’re right, it’s super not-okay.
Sadly, it’s very common, this and dick pics. Might be an idea to take a screenshot and send it to POF before blocking the account. (I think that if you block first, it deletes all the msgs between the two of you.)
PoF customer service, unfortunately, tend to be pretty crap IME: bots, automatic msgs, that kind of thing.

You realize almost no one is actually reading your profile before messaging you right? Of course it doesn’t work, and they don’t honestly expect it to. Report them and move on. That’s just how it is with dating apps.
