If you claim something is a hobby, generally you should have did it within the last 5 years.

Playing football in high school is a good hobby. As long as you’re not 28. I assume you graduated before 25.

Camping is great too. Just don’t say it has been decades. I mean, great you liked camping but if it has been “decades,” I don’t think it counts as being a hobby.

Anyone else run into this? Guys claim to have similar interests only to find out that they exaggerated or lied?
