POF : How do I reset my account from previous bogus owner

Hi.

I just signed up for POF and it told me I already had an account even though I’ve never used it. I was able to do a password reset to my email address and then login. There, I found someone already has an account setup using my email.

Since I’m the legit owner, I want to wipe out everything this other guy has there. Including changing the language from Portuguese to English, history, pics, settings, etc. I just want to restart brand new.

I have googled but can’t find a “master reset switch.” I thought about deleting the account and creating new but it said it was permanent and so didn’t want to try.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
