POF : Is there any real connections on this site?
I’m having a hard time with this site…. like, are they trolling us? Are there even real people on the app?
Any interaction – leads to links being sent.

I me, I’m not twisted up about it…. but, is there even any humans that are trying to actually meet other humans??? Without links, pay to fuck, or other bull shit?!

Match makes those bots. It’s a scam.
I’ve met well hooked up with a few nsa. But it’s all in the numbers few and far between.
it was bad like that before 2020 but there was people on there. tried using it earlier this year with not much luck. one person I think was just a troll, kept wanting to meet but never showing up.
met one actual person but they’re 20 years older and we meet for coffee.
I’ve had 4 « bunk ups » so far and got a date next week, they’re not supermodels but nice enough for me.
I’m in the UK and keep local (under 25 miles), maybe it’s different in the US….
I came to this sub to inquire about this exact thing. I assume ANYONE trying to lure you away to some other platform is a scam or a bot. I have been ignoring all profiles that tell me to go to Snap. Unfortunately that’s pretty much every single one. Am I missing something?

Back in 2008 I met a gal on there and we had a great relationship that was very intense and highly sexual with good chemistry. It was amazing. We were together for just under two years.
I met another gal on there after that relationship and we were together around ten months and we are still friends.
I also met some people and became friends with them and still remain friends to this day. Not sure what the site is like now though. I wish you could search profiles like you used to be able to. That actually is what made me pay for access. I don’t want to pay only to find out a bunch of fake profiles checked me out. I’d rather check them out and if they seem legit I have no problem paying. Although POF used to be totally free.
Anyone remember when Hotmail had profiles back in 99/2000? I met several of my ex’s on there. Not much into dating now though that I am in my fifties. Just lost interest I guess.
