POF : My account got deleted – no warning – no reason. Any way to contact POF?
Just tried logging in this morning, and it says they deleted my account for violating terms of service. But I didn’t do anything. I’ve had my account for years. I have no emails from them. Had a validated phone number etc. How can I contact them? Has this happened to anyone else?

Honestly? Good luck. If you contact POF you will get a copy paste response telling you that your account violated the T&C’s and they they dont need to inform you why. That’s the last you’ll hear from them.
My recommendation is to make a new account, completely different username to the previous one, try to use different photos, bio etc – anything that can set your new account apart from the old one.
Try also changing your IP address if it’s dynamic, not static (this can sometimes be done by just turning your router on and off) otherwise you’ll get banned again for « circumventing a ban »
This happened to me. It’s shitty.
In all honesty I’d just take this as the much needed sign that POF is absolute garbage and to just find a different dating site all together.
