POF : Reporting a profile
Does anyone know if POF actually do anything when you report a fake profile?
Been chatting to someone for a week or so, we had moved to WhatsApp, as soon as I asked for a little video from him just to clarify he is who he says he is (although I didn’t say to him that was the reason) he blocked and deleted me from WhatsApp and pof and he was immediately back online. I can see his profile is online but obv can’t message.
So I’ve reported him as a fake, will they actually do anything?

Ah sorry to hear that. I don’t know what they do if I’m honest. About once a day I get a message from a fake account trying to either get me to click a link that will hack my phone or just trying to get money from me. I report them but I don’t know if it help tbh.
Yes his profile gets immediatly shadowbanned and then after a couple of hours, sometimes it takes a day, his profile gets automatically deleted.
