Context: Watching a movie at my house, she doesnt have a car.

LOL. wtf? how should I respond to that? I didn’t even text her back, its been a good 45mins.

..She obviously is hesitant to intiate the date, probably because I move quickly and shes not comfortable yet.

She may just be wary about giving her address to a stranger. I wouldn’t do it. Try offering to pick her up from a nearby shop / public location. Or switch the first part of the date to a public location, and move on to yours later.
Just say something light. Instead of “Jackson, Wyoming,” say “a little town here in Wyoming, you?”
