If it is possible for a guy to be a demisexual, then perhaps I was one back in my younger, dating days.

I longed for an emotional connection more so than a physical relationship. Still do even after 12+ years of marriage.

My wife & I met on Match 17 years ago. I was 50, she was 36. I had been married before, she had not.

I had been divorced 17 years at the time. Although willing to get married again, I had not found that desired emotional connection.
