Eris Lillith

She’s alive.

She’s always thought that she would be dead by now, that she would succumb to her disease, but somehow, despite what her doctors have said, she’s alive, and getting better.

She’s alive, and she’s great. She has a future in front of her, and it’s perfect. She would have never even dreamed of something like this happening to her, but she’s really being cured.

Soon, she will be able to explore the world outside of her window, and she can live. She can live, without the fear and the numbness and the drugs. She can learn, and live, and make friends who don’t leave her behind in the hospital, whether through death or being healed.

She can be free.
