Fenunism or Fynunism is a movement in which women tend not to fall in love or be in relationship with men in order to promote independency, self-love, safety and happiness for themselves, and to avoid being victims of male crime.
With domestic violence, murder, abuse and molestation of women by their male partners being rampant, the society has been dangerous for the female gender. Report shows that over 80% of crimes are committed by men , and many of their victims are the female gender. So in order for a woman to have full control of her life, she tries to avoid finding herself in such situation, that is, staying away from relationships with men.
Is Fenunism feminism?
Fenunism is all of feminism as it fights for women power and gender equality but at the same time, deeper than it. It means not falling in love with men in order to have full control of one’s life and safety. We have seen strong feminist turn weak to please the man she loves, at the same time hurting herself and doing things against her will.
Fenunism is to stop Patriarchy.
Once a woman is born, she’s told her greatest achievement is to get married, so she’s taught how to please, honor and respect men . For this reason, men’s ego have risen high and they start to act like mini-gods as they are assured and certain that they’ll find women who will succumb to them irrespective of how they treat her. At the end, they end up afflicting pain on women by cheating and abusing them. But a fenunist believes she is free and safe from this risk.
Fenunism is to promote love between women and oneself.
In middle school and high school, I saw conflicts between girls and it’s sad and not uncommon to say 99% of those conflicts were because of the other gender.
To get a boy’s attention, she could tend to care a lot and be conscious of her dressing and behavior (for men), that way, restraining herself.
Is Fenunism lesbianism?
Fenunism is neither for nor against lesbianism. But with study, a high percentage of fenunist will eventually turn to loving the same gender. Fenumism at the same time, is not for or against relationship with men. Fenunism is only not falling in love with them to avoid enduring discomfort, pain and doing things against one’s will. Fenunism overall is women seeking happiness in herself and never in men.
Conclusion
Fenunists believe that when a declining percentage of women are in relationship with men, there’ll be reduction in crimes in relationship and women will be able to live happier and free lives.
If women keep being mistreated, harassed or abused, more women will turn on men and begin staying alone or loving each other.
And then, Fenunism will likely be the future.
