Dating : I Went On A First Date Naked And Here’s What Happened

On January 1, 2020, to mark off the new year, I decided to take a trip to the local nude beach. Little did I know it would end up being one of the most exciting days of my life.

I’d been to this particular beach before, both clothed and unclothed, both alone and with company. I actually wasn’t planning on going to the nude beach that day — it is next to a regular beach with a hiking trail which I was planning on hiking. However, for whatever reason, I felt guided to start walking towards the nude section of the beach.

When I arrived, I stripped down, first topless, then fully nude. I am not someone who fears being naked and I have lost a lot of the shame around public nudity. It literally is the most natural state you can be in.

At first I laid in the sand to tan, a bit bashful, but something within me told me to get up and start walking. So, I began walking the beach, playing in the water here and there. All of the sudden, a young man came up to me and said “Hey, I thought you were cute, so I wanted to come up and say hi.”

“Take off your sunglasses,” I commanded. He did as he was asked.

“You’re cute too,” I responded, and he smiled. He had a cute smile.

There was an instant connection. I invited him to join me in the water and we swam around for a bit, splashing each other as if we’d known each other for years.

“Where are you sitting?” he asked.

We proceeded to walk towards my belongings which were located on the other end of the beach at this point. He was wearing a backpack so he had his belongings on his person.

We chatted, getting to know one another, and the conversation flowed easily. We were both naked, raw, and the emotional connection matched the physical.

“There’s something about meeting a stranger where you can just be so honest with one another,” he shared, and I agreed. We were open, honest, vulnerable, and exposed, both physically and mentally. We began sitting closer to one another and cuddled there on the beach, naked, in each other’s arms. There’s nothing like the feeling of cuddling nude with another person.

It was getting later in the day and we decided to go grab some dinner. He drove us to a local Thai food restaurant in his Tesla. By that point we were fully clothed. Obviously we couldn’t go out to dinner naked or we would get arrested. But it wouldn’t be the last time we saw each other naked that evening.
