In almost all of my current days, I find more joy than sadness, and almost forget that there once was a constant depression in my dark past that I had to work my way out of.

Finding the love of my life, my current wife, was a big part of the improvement. But it led to bigger change, the faith that changed how I no longer see the world in cynical intellectualism but now with a compassionate mystical realism that fills me with heavenly peace when I seek it in times of need.

God teaches out to us in the start when those key growth moments happen, when we can no longer pretend to have control over our lives or can no longer pretend to understand the nature of such a complex universe that extends beyond our observability.

I am in love with my wife, but Christ is what I have to thank for every blessing, my very life, and I don’t just mean at the start.
