Dating : The Challenge of No Model

It’s hard not knowing what good game looks like. In all the things I’ve mastered in life, I’ve only been able to do so because I was able to see what mastery looks like and mimic it. With game, I feel like I’m going through a highly inefficient path full of trial and error. It’s painful. Every step of the interaction. It’s similar to when I began my career as an entrepreneur, and over a period of ten years, I made every mistake in the book until wisdom and experience taught me the best mental model for success which allowed me to finally achieve my entrepreneurial goals.

I wonder, is there a metagame model to Game that produces the most consistent pulls in each scenario? I’m going to keep tabs on this as I figure out the successful ways to deal with each type of interaction. The good news is that the number of permutations is small. However, there are so many ways to interact in each type that it’s going to take a very long time to field test and figure out.
