Today if we ask any teenager about, What is your purpose in life? Where do you see yourself in the coming years? Are you walking towards your Destiny? It will be much difficult for most of the youths to answer such questions with confidence. The only reason is, because most of us are really so confused and nervous about the future and we are stuck with all the incidents which had happened in the past.

A right career will always give you the right direction in life. And after choosing the right career, it is also important to be fully dedicated, focused and hardworking towards the goal. Many of the youngsters mistakenly chooses the wrong career due to family pressures or just because their friends are pursuing that career. And this wrong decision later make them regret in the future.

Every young guy or girl wants to earn money more than others to fulfil their dreams and meet their family expectations. But first it is necessary to understand the value of money, because if you don’t know the value of money then you won’t save it for future, but will spend it unwisely on unnecessary things. And there are many people in the world who judges us based on our bank balance and income, but we should never let money decide our destiny. The greatest treasure a person can carry in his heart is ‘happiness’. So we should never let our happiness depend on money or any material thing.

There are many youths today who confuse Attraction with Love. Well…Come on!! It’s not bad to love someone or be attracted towards him/her, but if you fall for the wrong person at the wrong age, then it is something to be worried. Don’t let any random phone application find you a soulmate, just because it worked out good for other people. The best thing we can do is stop depending on various dating apps or social medias to find a right partner, but be true and believe in yourself and surely one day the right person will find you. Don’t change yourselves to meet other people’s expectations or let other people define your ability, but create your own status and value in the society.

“A genuine love will never distract you from your goals, but will bring you closer to them.”

Due to this lockdown, many people are facing huge losses in their businesses, jobs and personal life. And the losses are so unbearable which effects their mental health and lastly leads them to taking up their lives. It has been observed that teenagers are more likely to become the victim of depression. Therefore, it is also important for youngsters to take care of their mental health along with physical health. Physical health can be improved from meditation, Exercises, Yoga and etc; but to keep the mental health strong, it is important to keep an healthy diet, plenty of sleep and keep yourself engaged in various physical activities.

Depression or loneliness is not a disease which can be recovered from medicines or pills, but the best way to cope with mental problems is to share them with the near and dear ones, keep yourself busy with various activities and have a good sleep. This is because if our physical health(Body) is healthy then automatically our heart and mind becomes fresh.

This doesn’t mean that we will never get upset, depressed or anxious in the future; we may go through these situations but we should not let these situations dominate us. Before any negative thought take root in our mind, it is better that we overcome it with some positivity. It is very important that our thoughts or emotions don’t control our lives, because once we start living by the emotions we often take wrong decision and face their consequences later.

Lastly, here is a famous saying which says, “You can’t stop birds from flying over your head, but you can stop them from making nests in your head.” It means that we may not be able to stop all the negative thoughts, anxiety, stress going through our minds; but we can stop them from having bad influence in our daily lives.
