Dating : The Journey

A short poem about life

We prepare for the journey, and then our voyage begins,

As we leave all that we know and venture into the unknown.

Brave we are because we have to be, to be the person we aspire to be,

A sadness may arise, as we walk away, yet this is life and this is the way.

It is only goodbye until we meet again, in the halls of our homes, yours and mine.

So don’t lose heart and don’t lose faith, my dear friend, in due time, we will all smile again.
