An experiment with the aim to understand their psychology & how it differs from the male.

In the last 12 weeks, I approached 12 unknown girls of my age. All meet through acquaintance reference, dating platforms or directly Facebook.

I always wondered why so many people spend their entire life to impress people who actually never cared about them. If one still wants to do it so what drives it.

Few observations:

1. Girls, in general, are very complicated compared to us, we male have straight 3-4 factors driving a decision, they have so many factors to look for. (Having expectation is a killer).

2. Mood swings were common among all.

3. The best conversations always involved humour. They don’t want you to be very emotional (but supportive when they are emotional).

4. Never ever take any word for its dictionary meaning, it’s sense changes with her mood. Sense Vibe > her actual words. If it goes bad just listen & let it pass.

5. The key ingredient always worked was to keep the conversation going/flowing (when stuck go to the next thing or crack humour).

6. A male text says 10 people and end up getting a few replies and talk to him/her. For girls, it’s just the opposite they are getting attention from everywhere, so they reply promptly to people with potential interesting conversations, mild to known friend & usually drop off/less reply to all others.

7. The busier you sound the higher is the chances to take it to the next level. (Supply – Demand works amazingly)

Some more:

1. Starter with « Hi – hey – hello etc » < something about her (say nice DP or ask a question)

2. Vulnerability creates real connection if used with extreme care.

3. Remove the emotional part when replying – it will become much easier.

Context & stats:

All Indians. 6 through tinder, 4 through acquaintance. 1 directly on Facebook.

Conclusion:

Yes, everyone is looking to have a good time. Irrespective of how intelligent or good looking they are. Talking in terms of her interest, listening, building trust & most importantly personalisation/dramatization improves the odd drastically. In the end — they are complex & beautiful creation of the earth.

P.s — I have to stop the experiment because I actually started having feeling for the last girl. (Still recovering from it 😌). Desire is suffering, pick it wisely.
