Dating : The spark of recognition

Another awareness experience

Feelings, ideas, Discoveries
To fashion, touch and caress
From where and when comes awareness
Can you feel what I see and see what I feel?

In the darkness of my night, lightning strikes
Illuminating for a moment a silent world
existing as a flash of understanding.
God strikes a match.
The initial flare of awareness brings with it a spark,
A spark challenging the master of the night.

The ember of fire is brushed with angel wings.
It flickers as the power of the supreme
flows into it

As I watch, the nights dominion
begins to recede
And I feel the emerging dawn
of understanding

My chains fall away, and I am allowed to move
towards that growing spark,
as it flows towards me.

The silence of daybreak takes on its own life.
The breeze of beauty and the emerging movement
of the light of understanding

A few more moments…
the spark that arrived with lightning in the night
has become the focus of my attention.
The spark is now more conscious of itself
It takes on the hue of human awareness

Would that I recognized who,
for anyone that comes to me
in that manner,
is someone that needs welcoming.

Features form,
Building into a physical impression
that can transcend
the dreamlike quality it had.

The impression becomes one
of human countenance.
Oh, glorious revealing!
An eternal companion and I
have found our way together again.

What does this all mean?

Each one of us are sailors on the infinite
Travelling ever onward.
We are given the gift of repetition,
As a reward if we get lost.

In our journey we sometimes come in touch
with a soul that resonates with our own.
Though we do love all,
We do have a particular closeness
to a few.

These few are in our unconscious awareness.

Why unconscious?

If known to the conscious it would cause
an endless search
that would seem hopeless in limited understanding.

To compensate, by simple chance
their paths move slowly together…
when close enough for feeling
both become aware of each other.

It is then the conscious touch is longed for
And finally realized.
Immediate eternal together is promised.

Continuing soul education needs
do dictate the outcome.
If one or the other has more to learn
They are fated to part again.

Both are attached to the maypole of existence
going ever round.
Partaking of the knowledge put out for all.

They tremble in each others company, aware each moment
might signal departure.
They promise faithful memory even while knowing it will fade.
The gift of completion has felt the sweetness of the merge.

The moment dissolves.
Each fade before the others eyes.
The light they both are together diminishes.
The moment wears thin.
Day turns to twilight and that light they both feel
Slides over itself and there is no more.

Each spark returns to its beginning
Knowing there is more to experience.
Longing for the gift of remembered memory
To light up each others sky.
When I look that night to the heavens
It seems there is one star
that has a twinkle not felt before.
And as I look
It sparkles
With a loving wink of light.

Together we are noticed and allowed a memory
This will grow and our attraction
becomes the cord of life.

Allowed to flourish and build its own universe.
