What are the mistakes not to make in a recruitment interview?

You should not repeat your CV, nor go into too much detail. When you offer too much information or specifics to the other person, you are giving the baton to get beaten. Those are the professional achievements That you are going put forward which will make your interlocutor understand that you have the qualities required for the position.
