Another example : « I attach great importance to simplicity and high standards, two values that you highlight on your website. »

How should this short presentation unfold?

It’s a good pretext for show motivation and interest for the job and the company. So after having referenced your training course in a sentence like » as you can see, i have a master’s degree … », You must immediately get into the proactivity of your presentation, by highlighting your most significant experience, your best achievements … Over a 10-year career in the same company, you must be able to identify the two or three successes that have marked you and which are related to the post. Finally, do not miss the opportunity to make a date for a future contact. It will show your motivation.
What are the mistakes not to make in a recruitment interview?
You should not repeat your CV, nor go into too much detail. When you offer too much information or specifics to the other person, you are giving the baton to get beaten. Those are the professional achievements That you are going put forward which will make your interlocutor understand that you have the qualities required for the position. It is therefore important to do not forget to make a link with the company, the post and its interlocutor (s).
