POF : Account frozen??

POF : Account frozen??

I think my account is frozen? I cannot send messages and I haven’t gotten one notification (which is odd).
I’m assuming it’s due to a certain conversation I had with someone via the message function. But it was consensual on both sides and my account wasn’t locked up right away. I’ve tried logging out and back in but it’s still the same. Do they have customer service?
