POF : Do women on POF not like compliments or something?
For every compliment I give, whether it’s really simple like « you seem nice 🙂 » or something more complex like « wow I love that photo of you dancing, you really look the part 🙂 » all I get in return is « Thanks ». Are compliments unacceptable these days?

« Thanks »?? You get « Thanks »?? I sometimes lay awake at night dreaming I get a « Thanks. »
Haha. Most of the time I get silence (which is fine. No one has to reply).
Or I get a « Hey there 🙂 » reply from the person a week later, after their picture has changed, their info has changed, and they are now a bot trying to direct me to an escort service.
