POF : Hacked account – Dead response from admins
I won’t be renewing my account on this site after the dismal response I get. Account has been hacked, and have to wait the entire weekend for it to be reset (still not heard back). What a dismal failure their back-end support is. Pretty much non-existent. A wait of a few hours is acceptable, but to say we have to wait over 24hrs is not good enough!
