POF : He just disappeared!
So I’ve been chatting to someone. We got on really well. Had arranged a date for a few days time.
I went to sleep last night, went to check pof this morning and hes gone!
No messages, either sent or received.
Hes gone from my favourites list.
I had a notification from the last message he sent last night but once I refreshed the list that was gone too.
Did he block me? Delete his account? Get banned?
I know hes been on before as we chatted briefly a while back. And he had only just rejoined when he messaged me 2 days ago.

So the thing with online dating is you never know someone’s true reasons for being there. It could be that they were already in a relationship and were on the verge of getting caught or already did.
If you can’t see him in the search, his acct got deleted or he hid it.
POF is absurd about deleting accounts.
He could have found someone else or his acct could have gotten deleted.
Unfortunate.

Maybe his wife caught him
All it takes is one person to report you and POF will delete your account. I once got reported for saying the word ‘shit’. You can get anyone kicked off POF at anytime. Just report them. POF won’t tell them about it or listen to their side of the story. And it doesn’t matter if you’re an upgraded member and spend hundreds a month on boosts.
Someone wants you gone, you’re gone.
