4. I mean if you’re a guy I don’t think you need to be worried as women never message guys first anyway.

   Now assuming you are a woman and this person you want to unlike is messaging you regularly there should be a block feature.

5. Just delete the app.. pof is a cesspool anyways.

   Hinge and Tinder are where ive (37M) had the best experiences.
   Pof is just horrid.
   Stacks of « likes » but by god..the quality of woman is horrendous.
