POF : how fucking retarded is the guy who runs pof?
Seriously he bans completely fucking innocuous words so any type of flirting based off their looks is out of the question. So no wonder most womens inboxes are just filled with borderline guppie 90iq subhumans going « hey ». Just to destroy an opening message because the weirdo loser who runs POF that has a unseen banlist, but doesnt bother fixing ANY of the bot problems plaguing this shitfest of an app. I seriously fucking hate this guy whoever is decided to « protect » these women while also letting ANY fucking guy message them. What a dumbass.
Really wouldnt be this heated if the fucking moron sent out a ban list of words so I didnt waste my fucking time retyping a message over and over again since it just doesnt send or give you any prompt whatsoever that youre using a bad word.

Or maybe you wouldn’t be as heated if you understood that the list was created to curb spam and as such publishing the list would be counterproductive, as it contains more than swear or suggestive words.
Which is also why you do not get notified when a messages does not go through.
Curious. What kind of warning do you get so that you know it’s being filtered? I’ve never had this happen.
Dude if your opening message is using words that could be banned by even an unreasonable banlist you might wanna reconsider your opening. If you post some shit that you’ve got deleted and it’s honestly totally innocuous I’ll take it back and agree with you, but man you can flirt without getting explicit. Get that first message out of the way, start a conversation, then turn it up if that’s what your thing is. Yeah a list of words would be nice but what can ya do, POF is busy dealing with other stuff and probably doesn’t have time to go digging for whatever the dude decided were bad words years ago, so chill and game it if that’s what ya need to do.
