Can I ask what your definition of profession is and what « it » is you are refering to that tour mom did? I am a bit confused. Are you saying that a parent is required to work outside of the home to be datable but a person without children is datable without a job? Now if the expetation is that they expect you to support them that is a different opinion about a different issue than having children and listing it as your profession.
