POF : Is this even a fucking « dating » site?

Dating site my ass, none of these girls are going on dates, they can’t be, how could they be?, every time I try to use the site again it’s the same women, their faces are pretty much imprinted on my memory, how can you be on every single day whenever I come back to the site and STILL not have found anyone?
Thought at one time I must be ugly, or boring, but it’s not me, its them, they must be the least friendly ladies on the planet, with all the choice thrown at them they must have found someone worthwhile by now!

Do you not see the irony of complaining it is the same women that you see when you go back to the site?
If not, I will give you a hint. You are also one of those same people those women are seeing and thus they could literally say the same thing about you.

I’ve been on there for two years now because I’m not looking for « the one ». And if I was, I certainly haven’t come across anyone worthwhile enough to take my profile down.
Yes. I dated men off it. It’s the site that was primarily used when I started OLD. I DO live in a smaller city/town and I always saw the same faces, too. I started out answering all the messages I got but got tired of being called names bc I wouldn’t go out with someone an hour away. I have kids, so it’s too hard to go out of town. My experience? A lot of the guys were just looking to « hookup ». Nothing wrong with that EXCEPT they weren’t honest about it upfront. STILL, I met the guy I’m seeing now on POF. He had the same complaint as you and says I am the only one he met who didn’t have some excuse to NOT go out.
