When I first signed up on POF back in 2009 way before they had the app, it would tell you on a peron’s profile at the bottom of it who they would not except messages from. They have since whittled it down and the only restrictions you can have are distance up to 75 miles, person must have a profile picture in order to send you a first message, person has to be within your set age range. Other than that they have no other restrictions except for BBW and Smoking and someone with kids.
