POF : Lost contact and looking to fix
So for the last little while I had been talking to this woman on POF and things were going great. We really hit it off and I thought there was a genuine connection. However, yesterday I went to reply to a message from her and the account must have been deleted. My phone gave me a very brief thing saying not even upgraded members could view this profile anymore and all of our messages were removed.
Now I know that this is the result when an account is deleted but I can’t give up on this. I’m hoping people here will have some advice on how I can find her again to reconnect. I knew here username to be BBJAly but can’t find any other traces of that username. Does anyone have an idea of what I could do to reconnect with her?

She probably just hid her profile.
I’ve just had the same thing happen to me,been talking on there for weeks. Just went on and messages are gone and I’m blocked. Not being stalky at all but I made a second account and still can’t message
Exactly the same with me, got a message notification, opened the app and there was nothing there
If she didn’t reach out to you before deleting her account, I’d say you are wasting you time and need to move on. There are several reasons why she could have deleted her account: maybe she has found someone she wants to focus on, maybe she is tired of the BS that comes with being a woman on a dating app, or maybe she isn’t single and got caught out. Respect that she is gone. If she does reactivate or start a new account and you make contact again, good for you. Hope you heal quickly and find someone special.
Did you look in your sent messages? Sometimes people random block & disappear. If that’s not the case, I am sorry she deleted so abruptly.
I’ve read about peoples accounts being hacked on there, for why i don’t know, but I don’t know if that’s what can cause this to happen. I hope our prospective partners aren’t seeing the same and thinking we’ve blocked them, hopefully they’ll be trying to get in touch
Ive just left a message on my bio for her to get in touch, will look strange to anyone else who views my profile but it’s all i can think of. I’ll leave it up there a while
