My profile got hacked on POF after they set up the 2-step verification. Somehow they were able to change my phone number on 2-step verification.
No, and no. It leaves untouched some of the fundamental problems of PoF: the fake profiles, the scammers and bots, ghosting and people not replying, crap profiles (no photos, « ask me »/ » fill in later « ), and loads more.
So: no, it solves very little.
Doesn’t seem to block the scammers at all.
POF creates bots. Just to piss you off so you’ll break down and pony up the $ to join Match or another bullshit site they bought out.
