POF : One word texters
Yeah I understand that it is the classical sign someone isn’t interested. But I have had interested people who love one word answers. Like they give the same 4 answers. It is really obnoxious. Should you tell them that what they are doing is obnoxious or do you just ghost them?

Some people are bad texters! I mean, most of the time, it’ll be a sign they lack interest in you. Buuut if you feel like they’re into you despite the one word answers, they could just be a bad texter/hate texting. I’ve met females that had very cold text game w/ 1 word responses & on the date they ended up being chatterboxes that talked more than me.
I don’t think you need to do either! But if you end up on a date with one of these types, you could always make mention like, « Wow, I’m shocked at how talkative you are, you’re a lot more reserved through text »
