POF : Profile/account issues – suspect someone has changed the address associated with my profile?
Got an email from POF yesterday saying that my email address had been updated, and that if I didn’t do this, to sign in and update my password. Was busy, didn’t see it then.
Went to the POF app on my phone and I’m signed out and can’t sign in. Username or email. I entered my email and clicked on ‘forgot password’, but I haven’t received any email from POF to reset my email. Same results with the website. Considering the message from POF (legit email address), if my email address was changed in my profile, then it makes sense that there’s no account to reset associated with my actual email address.
I’ve tried emailing POF, but haven’t heard anything – not sure I will. Finding any way to contact them without signing into my account was near impossible.
Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?

This is why need to turn on Two Factor multifactor authentication. So then anyone who gets your password, would need your phone as well to authenticate. It sends a code to your phone that you need in order to logon and make any changes.
