POF : Purchased Subscription Not Working/No Help Contact
I purchased a subscription for the upgraded benefits such as seeing who viewed you, liked you, etc.
But after paying for three separate subscriptions, each of which didn’t work, I gave up trying to get the benefits they promise you for your profile.
I tried looking for a contact number and of course they don’t have one.
I did get through to them via email but after each support couldn’t figure out why my account wasn’t working they rerouted me to literally 4-5 different supports before eventually leaving me out in the cold to figure it out on my own.
Also I didn’t get a refund for any of the purchases even after notifying them about it not working on the emails. Just a “We’re sorry for the inconvenience” message.
I’m beyond annoyed with PoF at this point. God forbid if a number ever opens up for tech support for them I am going to connect with an upper level management and give them a piece of my mind. But I guess this is why they don’t leave a number out for people to call because of their subpar service.
Has anyone else had problems trying to get the upgraded benefits for their account? It might have to do with how my Apple Pay is set up to an email I don’t use for PoF, but it’s going to be a huge pain in the ass/time sink for me trying to figure out why their shit is broken.

Contact your credit card company say you have been scammed & cancel last transaction
Of all the people that subscribe to the site (1st problem – why the fuck do you even are who views your profile, or whether they’ve read the message you sent?)), no one else seems to have these issues. 2nd problem is, if you’re a follower of this subreddit, why not browse it to see what issues people had with the subscription, and to see if it was worth it? Problem 3.. you paid THREE times?

You might be able to take the charges off your card if you call the credit card company.
