My guess is either a) tired of spammed messages and hopes people who pay are « more serious », or (b) fake profile planted by the company to persuade people to pay
It’s stupid, since it tells this to you AFTER you sent the damn message.
I think upgrading sets this to default, she’s probably unaware messages to her are being blocked by 99.9% of the userbase.
Why anyone would pay to upgrade is beyond me. It looks desperate.
