I already know I should add a group photo, although I don’t personally care for seeing them on women’s profiles. I tried to include with and without facial hair. Any advice?

It’ll be easier for you than most since you are 6″0, shortness is like a deal breaker to at least half of all profiles.
Online dating will be an eye opener for you and a possible disappointment, the men generally message as many women as they can to try and find one that’ll respond, as a result the women get a near constantly full inbox, or at least have so many messages they haven’t got time for them all.
Its a real shitshow and it always will be, you have to be prepared to put some serious effort it and even then fail much more than you succeed, the height thing is already in your favor though, good luck.
I think your profile is fine. One thing: your main pic shows you as clean shaven; most (all?) of the others show beard. Some women (from my experience) are fanatical about either liking or disliking facial hair. In other words, a beard may be a deal breaker for some ladies, while others may prefer it.
Just a thought: maybe add a humorous line about the facial hair? Something like, “Currently bearded, but I have a razor and I’m not afraid to use it.” Or, “Currently clean shaven. Beard is an available option.”
But that’s probably nit-picking. Good profile. And good luck!
Well so far my height doesn’t seem to be making any difference. I don’t really understand why it’s such a big deal. I do see a lot of profiles that more or less say don’t bother to message me if your height doesn’t start with a 6. Height matters little to me.
