POF : Someone has stolen my pictures

Hi, first time poster.

Someone has stolen a profile photo of me and posted it on a profile on POF. A friend found it and for some reason thinks it is me. I don’t know how to contact or report the photo theft, and it’s ruining my relationship.

  1. Ask your friend to report it for you. Secondly, email pof customer support and let them know what’s happening and ask them to delete the account.

  2. I took care of the problem by customer service contact on my end, but the user was confronted by my friend on his end. The profile disappeared shortly after. I appreciate all of your help.
I never thought I would be used as bait. I’m pretty normal.

  3. If your photos are on social networking sites like FB, IG, Pinterest, Twitter, etc., scammers are stealing your photos.

I do reverse search on images quite frequently, and 9 times out of 10, the searched photos are found on IG or Pinterest. The rest are usually scraped from Twitter.
