POF : Someone trying to use my number to make pof profile
Met on skout (first red flag). They wanted to meet but wanted Amazon card to « fix icloud ».
I said no way. They disappeared for a bit. I got a text from pof with a code. They demand it so they can use pof to fix their icloud. I instantly refuse and demand they delete whatever profile they made. They disappeared when I refused and told them I deleted the sms.
If they have made an account using my phone number is there a way to have it deleted? They are likely going to use it to scam. I don’t currently use pof but when I move soon was considering using it.
TL;DR: scammer made pof profile using my number but I won’t give code. How do I get it deleted?

I video called the number the « woman » used and a group of coloured men answered it laughing. Verifying they’re just scamming
They have to verify their phone number with the code sent to that number in order for the profile to activate.
