POF : The site won’t search for anyone greater than 6 years of age in difference

This seems, extremely excessive. I can see people taking concerns with being over a decade in age difference, but 6 years?

To test this, I tried searching 18-19 only on the search, with me being under 30, the results that come up are all people in their 20s. When I go to page 2 the settings change themselves to a 6 year range under my age, and no one under that age appears.

I’m not looking to date exclusively younger people, but to have very reasonable options gatekept is absurd, especially when you consider just how many women set their preference age to be several years older than themselves.
