POF : unread + deleted but mutual like?
I wasn’t prepared to be outraged today but here we are! LOL
Why would this ever happen? I get it if I cold messaged someone who just wasn’t into me, and in this case they were very cute so I wouldn’t be surprised if they get tons of messages and just made a snap decision to clean up. But I don’t know why you would like someone and then not give them a chance after?
The only things I can think of:
– They accidentally liked me
– I changed my profile pic to something they found less attractive
– POF is scamming us and telling me they liked me even though it says they never looked at my profile
– They have a fake profile (although I wouldn’t see the point of deleting messages if they are fake or scamming people).

Thoughts? For now, I’m going to assume they’re just indecisive and move on. LOL

I have always been curious about this too. So when it comes to mutual matches and you can if tell they are a by or not, you go to message them and nothing.
I have come to realize since being in this subreddit that women do indeed get tonnes of messages from men, but I would rather the girls just didn’t match with me then reply. It just seems bizarre to me that they do that?
Maybe they didnt like your message
Something that I noticed a lot was girls « liking » me without viewing my profile. This is definitely either a fake profile created by POF or a bot.
